For Founder and Chief Vacuum Officer Noah Hackworth, vacuum cleaners have been a way of encountering others and learning about the world. Noah lives with autism, and has always been drawn to mechanical things - especially vacuums. He realized he could help others by repairing vacuums when things go wrong - and so he started Hackworth Vacuums in the basement of his New Jersey home at age 9.

Through two moves and hundreds of vacuum repairs later, Hackworth Vacuums aims to help people in and around Oxford maintain their vacuums.
